Victoria Beckham's dVb jeans line have been removed from the shelves of expensive boutiques in Los Angeles and instead sent over to the bargain superstores. Apparently, Victoria Beckham didn't care much about promotion, which has resulted in no one buying her dVb line. The jeans are now being sold for under $69.99 in supermarket stores. Before dVb, jeans were approximately $298 in fancy Beverly Hills boutiques.

On Thursday they celebrated Victoria’s birthday with a close family gathering at Pink Taco, which is part of the Mexican restaurant chain, in Westfield Century City, LA. This gathering included Victoria and David and their 3 sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.

And one more thing needs to be mentioned: News of the day on Wednesday was the fact that Katie Holmes and her husband Tom Cruise were not at the party! ApparentlyTom wants Katie to stop hanging out with Victoria Beckham because he thinks that she is a bad influence.

"I'm fighting with Victoria's people because she lives in the same city but she won't do an appearance, this is really ridiculous". Fraser Ross complained.

POSH SPICE TO MODEL FOR JACOBS

Spice girls star Victoria Beckham has signed on as the new muse of top gay designer Marc Jacobs. According to sources, Jacobs is paying Posh some serious money to endorse his new collection and the photos for the campaign have already been shot.


Juergen Teller is the photographer. Posh Spice will appear in an upcoming ad campaign for the famous fashion guru's spring 08 collection.

Posh Spice Launches DVB in UK

After successful sales in the US, Victoria Beckham launched her fashion label "dVb" in United Kingdom. Posh Spice opened the concession in superstore Harrods (owned by Mohamed Al Fayed) where she also spoke about what inspired her, to create this unique collection.



The collection includes her signature big sunglasses and jeans collection with the DVB star sign on the pocket. Victoria has also joined forces with one of the worlds leading denim manufacturers, "Western Glove Works", to develop and distribute her debut denim collection all over the world.
